When tournament fishing and a Tube jig gets wallered out save it for when you are messing around. Just turn them around and keep on fishing them. Never throw them in the drink it takes a month of sundays for them to biodegrade!

There is a crappie lure company named Bobby Garland jigs that was once owned by Mr. Garland but he sold the company and the name a few years before his death. They make some nice baits.
