Reading up on the details of the seasonal periods, bass habits and preferred locations, the picture of what it takes to consistently catch bass should be coming into focus. Everything should be a little less confusing now. When you are getting ready to go bass fishing, you should have a good idea of where to start your day and what type of lures should work during this seasonal period. The lake should look a little different to you now. The bays, dam area, major points, secondary prime points, islands, river and creek channels, plus weed beds, trees, docks that all looked good, should now look like starting points where you expect bass to be based on the knowledge you may have learned over the past months.
The lures, tackle and presentation techniques may change over the years, but the big picture will remain in focus forever. Good luck and good fishing.
