Guys the bottom rod is a:

Diawa 1012
Length: 6'6"
Line Wt: 8-12
Lure Wt: 1/4-1/2Oz

The rod had been run over at the base by a vehicle of some type
and was found in the trash can so i retrieved it and decided to
repair it by measuring the total length of the rod then adapting
the surf rod handle to it after i cleaned up the handle and got
all the blue paint of the handle till i was down to bare wood then
refinished the handle on my metal lathe using a (Cyanoacrylate
finish (aka Super Glue)) there was 19 coats of finish on the rod
the day i finished repairing it.

And yes i know everyone is going to want to know how i put the
(Cyanoacrylate finish (aka Super Glue)) on it w/o everything sticking,
as long as the handle is spinning the finish will not stick to the paper
towels and cloth that i used to apply the finish with, and yes i wet dry
sanded between application of the finish using 400 grit wet & dry sand
paper, the final finish coat was sanded down to 10,000 grit then polished
out till i could see my face in it then buffed.
