My wife makes this all the time, and mmm mmmm mmmm, I can woof it down ;D

Shrimp Mozambique Recipe

2lbs. shrimp 3/4 can beer 1 stick butter 1/2 cup olive oil 1tsp.salt hotsauce(if you like it spicey) use your judgement to the amount you like 3 Teaspoons garlic powder 3 sections of garlic clove diced 1 big onion diced 2 sm.pkgs. Sazon Goya seasoning (Con Culantro Y Achiote) is the name for the Goya seasoning , With shrimp on front of box. also add about a 1/8 cup of brandy and 2 small cans of tomatoe sauce

I personally boil the shrimp first even if it is previous cooked

In large skillet melt 1stick of butter and Olive oil then saute onion and garlic cloves add the beer. Add all other ingredients in at this time and cook on medium heat for about 10 min. Place the shrimp in skillet Let the shrimp sit in sauce for about 15 mins to absorb the juice.
If you would like you can add rice or pasta to this for a side dish.

Sounds good, but I do believe that you need to adjust the recipe to 2 or 3 beers. ;) Any specific beer, or just anything that you would normally drink? For me, it's Ice House and Corona.
