Well, our club's monthly tournament will be this coming Saturday. It will be held on The Conway Chain of Lakes in Orlando.

The parking area gets real busy and to combat this problem, we voted to start our tournament at 5am  and the weigh in will be at 2pm.

My partner may have to wake me up when it gets light. I may be going back to a sweet dream I may of been having before that alarm sounds off at 3am ;D

I have never ever been to this lake so I am not to sure on fishing in the dark for 1 1/2 hours.

Good luck. The only advise I can give you about fishing in the dark is fish with what you normally would in the day of light. I don't ever change anything.

Some anglers swear by dark colors (blk) but to tell you the truth I will fish with blk baits during the day. I change nothing. This is just my opinion and has worked very well with me.

Different strokes for different folks. LOL

I once read an article by a famous old timer angler... I forget who... but they said...

"it doesnt matter what color you throw, the bass will eat it up....

...as long as its black or purple "

Well, I have selected a few lures to try while it is dark.
1. a black buzzbait ( Terminator ballbuster )
2. a black spinnerbait
3. a black chatterbait with a black twin tail grub instead of the skirt. ( even the blade in black ) ( been playing with it in the pool, looks great ! )
4. a black old monster worm
5. black / red flake or black / blue flake senko

Then after the sun starts coming up I will change .
