Well it turned out that my team and I came short, by a quarter pound! We had about 33 pounds, a combined weight of 5, three fish limits, and we had one who zeroed. We turned out to finnish Second place, and I personally had one of the top weights in the state, top 3. Oneida Lake Has been good to me.
I ended up with a 3/3 fish limit of smallies weighing about 7.5 lbs, lunker being 2.68 lbs. It was a great day for the Southern Tier Junior Bassmasters, a half pound short of a better day.
So the concept of this tournament was the Top 6 Kids from Each Club would utilize 3 of the clubs boats, and the ultimate goal to as a group have the biggest weight, representing our club.
