Fished the BASS Federation Nation state qualifier today and finished 6th on Kissimmee Chain for a berth in the 2 day state championship in November! Winds were sustained around 20mph with gust and rain for the better part of the day but I managed to stay on my spot for a 5 fish limit for 8.05lb's.
Fishing was extremely tough today. I practiced on Kissimmee all day yesterday with only one fish, so I decided to make the run to Toho and very glad I did! Not to hoot'n holler too much, but I beat out some of the best in central FL which gave me some personal satisfaction.
"Momma', put that fork away cuz I ain't done yet!!!!!" :cool1:
