In plain terms they take the harsh glare off of everything and I am happy to wear them.
When you are fishing it is necessary to see under water structure at all times, if you miss that weed bed, log, or rock pile you may be missing fish which defeats our purpose of being on the water fishing.
With the PolarEyes on I can see down into the water and see those items and pitch to them and better my chances of landing a fish.
I have had other polarized glasses that were just to bulky, or to heavy, now doing an 8 hour tournament this is 1 less thing I have to worry about as these are so lightweight you almost forget they are on.

I have beat these glasses up 4 nights a week on the water for 3 years and have Never had an issue, they hold up great.

I do recommend you get the strap for them as loosing these In the water is something you do not want to happen.

I have a pair of PolarEyes and I love them. It's unreal the things that you see under the water while wearing them, and even when the wind is blowing and causing chop, you are still able to see below the waves to the shallows.

I recommend them to anyone.
