I had to go to W/M today and as usual wound up in the fishin' stuff. I came across a Rapala Minnow Rap in bleeding pearl. Has anyone used one and if so, what did you think? The darned thing looked good in the box!!

Otter, I picked up a couple of these lures at BPS last week after reading the propaganda in favor of them. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the ice to thaw up here in MI and haven't had a chance to use them. You are right about one thing - they look great in the box!

I think that Rapala has some of the most realistic looking paint on their baits. I have never been much of a Rapala man in my later fishing years but I'm starting to change my thoughts on them!
