Largemouth bass have been caught in good numbers throughout the Butler Chain. Larger fish are holding in deeper, grassy waters. Use shiners, Texas-rigged plastic worms, dark blue or purple in color, or jigging spoons. Schooling-sized fish are scattered throughout the lakes and can be found chasing bait at the surface.
