Luhr Jensen Radar 10

Does anyone use the Luhr Jensen Radar 10 crankbaits? I saw them yesterday at my local tackle shop and was curious why there was a clip through the eye to attach to a swivel? Do most people fish crankbaits that way or something? I never have, maybe I should?
