Lake Harney has been good for largemouth bass. The fish are active throughout daylight hours. Fish at first light with topwater lures or diving plugs for schooling-sized fish. Larger fish can be found in deeper waters. Use jigging spoons, shiners or Carolina-rigged plastic worms. Work lily pads for bluegills and shellcrackers.
