Generally, I use the palomar knot for everything listed up there.

Sometimes I use a loop knot for topwater.

If I am using braid I will use a Uni knot. I only use braid on Plastics, Jigs and some topwater... like frogs.

Oh and sometimes I use a berkley knot on spinnerbaits.

I also use the palomar knot and for most of my topwater baits I use the Rapala knot.

For plastic baits, it's the Palomar knot. For crankbaits and topwaters, as well as jerkbaits, it's either the loop knot, or the Palomar knot...........depends on the cover situation. For spinnerbaits, it's a Palomar knot. For jigs, it's the Palomar knot.
I use a palomar for everything BUT I may start useing that ' quad ' loop knot for some top-water that I explained under the Walk the Dog thread.
I used to use the palomar for everything, but now I use the double palomar alot if I'm fishing with a super- slick line. I was using P-line and breaking off good fish when using lighter line, but a local bait shop guy showed me the double palomar and it has nearly eliminated knot weakness. All you do is pass the lin through the loop one more time before you loop it over the bait. ;D
I use the Palomar on hooks for flukes and toads with my braided line.
I use a snell knot with braid on my hooks for flippin to get a better hook set - the weight pegged down tight when you set the hook with the snell it pushes the weight against the eye and kicks the hook out at a 45 degree angle. (I guess I should have remembered this one in the tips and tactics.)
I tie a berkley knot with my P-line for most everything else and occasionally a loop knot for top water cranks.
Another tip is after you tie a Palomar with braid I like to take a lighter and carefully burn the tag end so it doesn't fray and possibly pull out, make sure you cover the knot with your fingers so the heat can't get to it.
Palomar knot for me because I can tie it fast.
