If you are like me, sometimes I just don't have time to scroll the whole board. I click on "Show unread posts since last visit." (at the top of the site near your username) to keep up. Some people don't realize that there is that option.
And don't forget to update your profile so we know more about you and also include your birthday so we can send you Happy Birthday wishes!
Thanks for being a Basshole!

good advice Mary :D
I just found something kind of cool.

I use the technique Mary mentions above i.e., click on "Show new replies to your posts." and "Show unread posts since last visit." to keep track of the threads I've contributed to and new information folks might be contributing to.

I just noticed an icon on the right hand side when you are looking at the thread index right on the side of the post itself. Clicking on that takes me to the last post in a thread without having to maneuver myself via the individual pages.

You may have known that, but for those who didn't...

Perry
Thanks Perry, I did not know that

Where is the box to check "unread posts"?
What she meant was the link at the top of the site near your name that says "Show unread posts since last visit."

I should probably edit her post to clear this up. :D
Awesome. That helps a lot. Found it in 2 sec after ready your post.
:thumbup01: Wish I would have read this post before I had to ask myself.
