Is that a jig on a spinnerbait with a colorado blade ? My eyes must be going bad, I cant make it out to well.

Ahhh, ok... them strans was throwing me off.. making it look like the wire from a spinner bait.( plus it was late for this rooster to be seeing at night lol )
