Is the G.Loomis worth the price?

I am looking to upgrade my casting rods and I can't decide between a G.Loomis or a St.Croix . I was also looking at Powell and Kistler but hadn't heard too much about them one way or the other.
What do you guys and gals think?

In my opinion My Loomis's are worth every penny on one hand but on the other I feel like my IMX is just as sensetive or more than my GLX. Knowing that I wouldnt have spent the xtra money for it,but i do love the recoil eyes
