Chrome / blue is a great all around color, but try some lipless in red color paterns in the winter, the XR50 in royal red and rayburn red are my favorites. also bill lewis brown craw and bleeding blue/chrome are also good colors. Great search bait, and can be used shallow, deep, around docks, laydowns, and grass, ( for fishing around grass I like to spool up with 50 pound braid ) all other structure 12 to 14 pound mono on a med/heavy 7 foot stick.
