My wife and I are currently in the process of buying a house. Our old house closed in February so we are in a rental property right now. I'm excited about the front porch! :thumbup01: Nice fenced in back yard with kennel for the St. Benard. Two car garage with work space already built in.

It's official! woohoo! Thank goodness for realestate lawyers because a lot of that stuff made no sense! I even finished the grass here at the rental place so I may yet get a little fishing in this weekend. I won't press my luck with the wife though! :lmao: :tongue2: :rofl1:
