This is my all- time favorite fish recipe. I don't measure anything out, just play it by ear. Butterfly your fish and add broccoli, carrots, garlic salt, and butter (inside the fish). Sometimes I add swiss or provolone cheese if I have it. Wrap it well in tin foil, and cook it on the grill, medium heat, for 3-6 minutes per side. Time depends on the size of the fish. This recipe is awesome with wipers, stripers, crappie, and the occasional bass.
