What lakes are you near?? I have never heard of Granbury but I bet you haven't heard of Longview either. LOL

i am about 35 miles ssw of Ft Worth bout 30 from Stephenville and 25 from Weatherford.

Am on lake granbury of the Paulxy river.

Hoping to fish Lake Travis next weekend and Lake Fork end of March. Hiopefully Lake Worth not long after

Hoping to fish Lake Travis next weekend and Lake Fork end of March.

You are partly right. I am going up there to meet a good friend of mine and to meet 3 people from another forum that has asked for my help. Kinda of like a guide in a way except no money exchange.

Where will you be staying at? I rented a room at the Lake Fork Lodge.

Be staying at Fisherman's Cove Marina just a short way South of you. There will be about 30 members from another forrum I belong for the second annual Lake Fork Trip. Most of them are comming on the 18 also. They are comming from all over the United States. It is just a bunch of Forrum members getting together for fun, fishing, and fellowship ( and hopefully a Sharelunker ). I will be asking you Texas guys for advise and tips. I was down there for the first time last year and the largest fish I caught was a 5.5 off a bed.
