Send the envelope to: Mann's HardNose Sample, 1111 State Docks Road, Eufaula, AL 36027. You'll get a 6-inch jerkbait, 5-inch Swim Toad and 5-inch Freefall worm (pictured at right) in the most popular colors.
A regular, first-class stamp will do it – Mann's will pick up the cost of the additional postage.
