My wife decided that the accumilation of chubbiness around my middle due to a winter of consuming a few hundred cold Busch's merited, oh heck, EXERCISE!!! So for the past three days, WE have walked the two Huskies around several city blocks, equal to 1.362547 miles per day. To date, I have not lost one darn ounce but have noticed that my leash holding arm is 4.36259 inches longer than the other arm. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this serious problem? No! Do not tell me to tie the leash around my :cussin: :cussin: :cussin:! Someone(prieviously mentioned) has already suggested that and it caused $375.00 in DOCTOR BILLS!

1. key word 3 days, KEEP WALKING, use ankle weights.
2. jog every other day, gotta sweat.
3. use hydroxycut, from wal-mart, safe and it works.
4. throw in some free weights after the jog, light weight....high reps.
5. I like the beer!!!!!!! :guzzle:

LMAO I probably shouldnt be laughing but that is some funny stuff in your post Otter! LOL!!

I'd give ya advice BUT... whatever advice I'd share would be bad as I have the extra around my middle and I cant lose mine either LOL
I didnt gain it until I hit about 30, so I call it "Maturity Muscle" lol
I'm content drinking the beer and dying a fat ass.

im with you Drew!!!
Heres what i used to do with my Marines that were a little on the chubby side: Every other day warm up and start jogging for 5 minutes then for 1 minute run as fast as possible then jog for three minutes and just repeat the intervals 1 min. run three jog. Its a proven tactic. Its not good to do it everyday, it will tear your knees up. On your other two days do calistenics like push-ups, Mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and things of that nature. Basically those just get your blood pumping which is needed for weight loss. Or just give up the beer..... :rofl1: :rofl2: yeah right i honestly ran my best PFT( physical fitness test) drunk off my :cussin: and that consisted of a max set of pull ups (16) max set of crunches (100) and a three mile run (19:59). Who says beer is bad for you? Dave
Otter,
Switch to busch light, less filling. :D
That's what I been drinking for years and recently (January) decided for myself to start going to the gym three days a week too tone-up and loose my spare tire. It is slowly starting to help, but on the bright side it does help my joints, I don't get as sore fishing for consecutive days, since I'm single and spring break is here at the beach this next couple weeks >:D I need to get fit. I really sweat lots of beer out each time for sure. Good luck!
Take and post lots of photos during spring break >:D >:D Yep, "Bassholes Gone Wild"!! I can see it now--bass pulling the their T-shirts over their head and every thing!! :rofl1: :rofl2:
No doubt!!! I'll see what I can do, but they may be rated photo's. They have been coming in by the hundreds plus all the traffic from bike week has made things quite interesting this past week. Thank God I have my son this weekend to recooperate because we've been partying every night since last Friday and I'll probably be at it all next week too, woooo whooooo :dance01: !!! Besides he's a chic magnet at the beach.
Busch Lt and the Goodys workout ! It does wonders for a body.
Although..., I started drinking coffee recently and all of the sugar and cream has softened my middle back up :coffee01:...
And... I have been eating a lot more... I need to keep an eye on this...
My fitness regime: wake up at 6, go to work. Put on a tool belt that weighs approx. 40-50 lbs. Go 50+ feet in the air and walk 5 miles daily on beams from 5-10 inches wide. Also swing an 8-lb hammer, sometimes for minutes at a time. Come home and drink beer. No spare tire here, although the six pack is no longer there.
