Rubbed Baked Salmon Second best fish recipe I ever tasted only next to my mother's deep fried bass and hush puppies.
Heat oven to 350F.
Spray long casserole dish with anti-stick.
Place 1/2 filleted Alaska Copper River Sockeye (fresh not thawed) skin down lengthwise.
Brush 2 tbl Olive oil on all fish.
Lightly sprinkle 2-3 tbl Seattle's Salmon Love Rub over all fish.
Drip 2 tbl RealLemon juice in rub.
Slice 8-10 very thin slices butter and place on thickest fillet parts.
Bake 2-0-25 minutes.
Using spatula, lift off skin, separate the single row of big bones and Enjoy.
PS: This is so good, my wife will eat it cold from the fridge!
