Does anybody have a farovite recipe that they use when yall prepare fish? Do you deep fry, bake, grill, or have another technique that you use? If so, and you don't mind, please post them.

Rubbed Baked Salmon Second best fish recipe I ever tasted only next to my mother's deep fried bass and hush puppies.

Heat oven to 350F.
Spray long casserole dish with anti-stick.
Place 1/2 filleted Alaska Copper River Sockeye (fresh not thawed) skin down lengthwise.
Brush 2 tbl Olive oil on all fish.
Lightly sprinkle 2-3 tbl Seattle's Salmon Love Rub over all fish.
Drip 2 tbl RealLemon juice in rub.
Slice 8-10 very thin slices butter and place on thickest fillet parts.
Bake 2-0-25 minutes.
Using spatula, lift off skin, separate the single row of big bones and Enjoy.

PS: This is so good, my wife will eat it cold from the fridge!
