Well i recently bought a new hoyt powerhawk and now comes the hard part... waitn for trip day to the huntin lease!! its gona be tough to get one to come in close enough though, wish me luck!

Good luck. Is your lease in Florida or do you lease in another state? Season starts here Oct 1st. and I'm ready for them this year. Never taken a shot over 15 yards, but this year I got my bow sighted into 50 yards and feel pretty confident that I can put a good shot on a buck at that distance. I'm sure it won't be necessary, but at least I'm prepared.

Our lease is in sparta GA, not sure but i think bow season already opened up there, i usualy practice with 20-25 yrds i m hopen that i actually get a deer close enough fora a shot, and pictures are a sure thing if i get a deer!!
