Ok, here we go one final trivia question for this evening. I'm not sure how yall will do wth this one, yall may get it right away or you may not. I dont know. I thoght the last one was hard but yall got that in no time at all. Let's see how ya do at this one :cool1:

I'm sure all of you have heard of Bryan Kerchal. He was the only Federation member to ever win a Bassmaster Classic. Bryan was also the president of a Federation Bass Club at the time. What was the name of Bryan's club? Answer that question correctly and win a pack of Zoom Super Flukes. For a bonus, tell us what town and state the club was in? Answer both questions correctly and I will throw in a pack of Gamakatsu 3/0 hooks to go with your Super Flukes. :thumbup01:

Good Luck Everyone!

There ya go! You are 100% correct on both counts!

A little lesser known trivia for yall... that was also my first club too :)
Thats cool. The year that he won the classic was the year we started our club here and he was a very BIG inspiration for me. I got the whistle and card after the tragedy. I put the card in between plexi glass and and put it under the shifter in the boat so that he is always fishin with me.

bassass

Thats awesome Chuck!

Bryan and I were very good friends until the end. I still speak with his mom and dad from time to time. I keep one of his whistles in my tackle bag at all times. After his passing his parents had a bunch of the whistles gold plated and numbered and I was given one. I keep it in a plexiglass case along with the accompanying letter from Mrs Kerchal to me. That one stays on a shelf in my room.

I dont talk about Bryan too much for fear that people will think I am exploiting my friendship with him in order to get ahead. Bryan's friendship meant much too much to me, long before he became a Classic Champ, to use his loss for my personal gain. I wish people wouldnt think that way when I speak of him but I have known some who have in the past and that really bothered me.

It always make me so happy to hear of people who have been or, are still being, inspired by him.

NO THAT'S AWESOME JARED!!!
I would have loved to have had the chance to meet Bryan let alone to have had him for a friend. Everything that I have ever read about him makes me think that he was just a down to earth super guy. It's really sad that people think that way.Any time you want to talk about him send me a email or something I would love to here stories about him. I also carry the whistle.

Thank you Bassass :D :D I will do that.
I like your idea about putting the card in plexiglass. I think I may do that too :thumbup01:
