The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking public comment on an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) evaluating the potential impacts of the Manganese Bulk Sampling Project near Emily, Minn. The sampling site and facilities are
located in Crow Wing County.
