CLARKS HILL IS DOWN 3 FEET, 66 DEGREES AND STAINED

Bass are trying to spawn this past weekend during the full moon. There will be another wave of spawners in two weeks. There are more fish ready to move up in 2 weeks so hit the secondary points in the middle to the backs of the creek. Spinner baits and Flukes are catching the numbers and a few quality fish. Some of the post spawn bass moved back out to the ditches and around the points and should be very active by midweek. Wind and a little rain the end of the week kept some color in the water up on the creeks. Use a DT4 and 6 up along any mud line you can find. Always remember to fish the wind blown side of the lake. Also look for any signs of the blue backs working along the surface. Small Shad Raps are good baits to use along with the Olive Green X-Rap on or near schooling bait fish and any top water activity.
