Well, this will be a brief report. Kenny and I went back to the Lucy Chain today and pretty much fished Horny Toads for 5 hours. Kenny was useing Watermellon/Red . and I was useing Green Pumpkin. ( I left my White ones in my tournament bag :'( )
Kenny managed a 15 incher and lost another. I had one lousy Gar go after mine and that was it !!!
We pretty much stayed in what I would consider ' FROGGING ' territory. ( weeds / grass, pads, arrow heads all around each other.
I think ' white ' is the color that is needed on this particular chain when useing a Horny Toad .Ive caught them before on this color. And yup I had my white ones in my tackle box I use for tournaments.
