When I was younger, my dad told me quitters never win and winners never quit. Now my lungs thank him every day. There, I just quit smoking as I wrote this. I plan on staying quit for another 25 minutes or so. ;D :rofl1: Seriously, I'm happy for you

Way to go, Jared - 8 years and counting. Still have the weird desire to light one up sometimes but I have never looked back. Not to say I have not cozy up to some second hand smoke >

Tobacco is one of the hardest habits to quit.The first time I quit dipping I gained 75lbs,This summer I will try it again without the weight gain.GREAT JOB KEEP IT UP :boing:
