Default Swimbait rod under $100

For those of you who are not sure about swimbaits and would like to try the presentation, I have found an excellent rod for $99. The Okuma Big Bait rod 7'10" model GS-C-7101H is very similar to rods that cost over $200. The Okuma rod has a life time warranty, rated for 15 to 30 lb line and 1 to 6 ounce lures.
I tried this rod recently and can't tell the difference from my more expensive rods and recommend it highly.
Tackle Warehouse shipped the rod in 2 days and paid the shipping cost.

Bumped this up for those interested in swimbait rods.
The higher priced Lamiglas XC767 and XC807 are the rods that most CA trophy bass anglers use. Gary Dobyns, originally with Lamiglas, has similar rods and are also well liked out west. The Okuma Guide Select swimbait rods have evolved to split handles etc, and are the best value available; see Tackle Warehouse for lowest prices and free shipping.

yes, I use the same rod for 6" Huds to 12" Black Dog tail Wagger. The guide series (GS) can handle braid with no problems, although I don't use braid with swimbaits.

You know i haven't been to the Basspro `cents it opened here and man I am making a short list of wants and that list seems to be getting bigger by the minute, , i won't let the bait monkey full me, I'm not buying 1 lure till i get a new pole, or I'm gonna tell the wife the rod cost $130, and appease the monkey
