Plastic storing question

I keep my plastic in a room attached to my house. It is not outside but it is very similar to a garage and heats up similar to a garage but not as hot. Will the plastic heat up too much and be unusable?

what is the temperature the plastic has to reach to not be a liquid anymore?

...and how long does it have to maintain at that temperature? (if that matters)


where do you guys store your plastic?

To be honest, I have no idea about the temps.

I live in central Florida, so it gets mighty hot around here. My plastics are stored in my aluminum shed ( normally keep the windows half open ) or in my boat, which has a tarp on it ( but out in the open, so the sun does hit it )

Ive never had any plastics to melt or try to melt on me.
