Default Pouring plastics

Do you pour your own plastics? If so what molds do you use? Do you make your own? I use Del-Mart molds but they are on the expensive side and their shipping rates are outrageous. They have a good product and the molds are worth the money in the long run, in my opinion (due to lack of competition), but I feel like they are beating customers over the head in shipping charges.

I haven't started yet. I am currently researching some suppliers and will be ordering the equipment and supplies in a week or so. Any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Ive always gotten my supplies and what not from Lure Craft. Del-Mart does have some nice molds though.

I can probably do that sometime. Though my set up is minimal. I do it just for fun, although I have been doing it since the late 80's.

I pour my own plastics except for tubes. They are too much trouble. I make my own molds. My molds usually cost from $3-$5 each.

I agree tubes are a pain. I see your lures are all one piece. That leaves the your lures flat on one side correct?

Yes those shown are flat but the fish have never seemed to mind. Besides I turn the flat side down anyway. I do have some multispecies baits which I inject but they are a pain and only come out good in the hot summer.

I think the last I bought was from Jann's. I use cattle hypodermic syringes modified to accept plastisol.
