I have been useing the Rapala DT-10 around shallow rock piles. I reel until I feel the bait hit the rock and then snap the rod to make the lure slam into the rock. It`s alittle rough on the lure but I have been doing vary well with it. I`m sure this is not a new trick I was wondering if anyone else dose this.
The DT Cranks are my go-to crankbait on the Santee- Cooper Lakes . I use the same method, but instead of rocks, I bounce it off of cypress trees/docks! Just let it sit after you make contact with anything ! God Bless!
