Default How to dip plastic baits

franksrooty2 @ Youtube

Buster here on TheBassHoles

Plastic used for dipping Bears BBCP ULTRA
http://www.bearsbaits.com/1-Quart-Li...ics_p_110.html

I do not put any colorant in my plastic for dipping.

I have in the past put some flake in.

I heat the plastic to 350 the first time then keep it around 330.

This will keep it from yellowing.

wonder how hes keeping the plastic hot... I dont see an stove top or a burner. Looks like the plastic is sitting on his scroll saw.

Jared I may be wrong but if you look closely it appears that he's using an electric skillet or something similiar with water in it to keep the plastic warm
