This product does a great job. I have 4 or 5 of them and they slip on and off easily, protect your rods, as well as keep lines from tangling during storage.
Another one of the great features is the fact that they are flexible and can be easily stowed when not in use. Make sure you take into account the eye size when ordering. Some are designed for the larger first eye used on Spinning rods.
They will defintely prolong the life of your rods and save you tons of frustrations from tangled lines.
I highly recommend them, and will be outfitting all my rods with them.
