Went to my regular Saturday spot after work, got skunked the week before so I was itching to hook something. Got a little Bluegill and saw a few bass surfacing further out so I moved over to the dock to increase my range. Got this guy on my first cast from the dock with a bubblegum trickworm on a 4/0 offset hook, he was sitting in about 5ft of muddy water right on the edge of some weeds . He cleared the water 3 times on the way in, put up a GREAT fight! Out of the water he was heavy, didn't weight him but he was the biggest Bass I've ever caught. Excellent day on the water.
