I have two Bionix bc rods. They are good rods, in my opinion. I'm pretty hard on fishing sticks and they've stood up well. A buddy of mine uses nothing but Bionix and he carries his around in the back of a pickup year round. They are a little heavier than some of the newer high-end light weight rods, but they're tough and priced right, imho.

I've still got a really, really old Bionix...from back when Bionix and Series Ones were considered the top of the line rods from Berkley (yes, I'm very old). It was, and continues to be a fine rod...Can't beat the price that's for sure...

Yea i picked one up at the local outdoors shop here and loved it. It had a great feel to it. The only problem with it now is that we run out of room in the truck and in the rod locker so it was riding in the bottom of the boat and the snap come off live well and broke the tip off the rod.But overall it was a great rod
